Environmental and Geotechnical Services

Independent assessments include site visitation and inspection, interviews with clients and those knowledgeable about site specifics, facility documentation and permit reviews, regulatory agency correspondence, historical aerial photography, neighboring property reviews, and review of local, state, and federal records and databases.

Each site receives an assessment report as well as recommendations for geotechnical and/or environmental action.
